While the hotel had a fantastic location and a clean atmosphere, the check-in process was quite chaotic, leaving us waiting longer than expected. The room itself was nice but lacked proper ventilation. Breakfast was overpriced with limited options. I'd consider returning, but with some reservations.

I stayed here recently with my family, and the location worked well for visiting popular landmarks. The staff helped us with checking in early and checking out late to fit around our schedule. The breakfast had a good variety, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The bathroom setup was inconvenient, as there wasn't an option to wash hands before leaving. At times, it seemed like the restaurant was either understaffed or overwhelmed during peak hours.

the location is super good, close to the south bank and big ben. room was comfy and had a good size. the staff were friendly and made our stay nice. we enjoyed visiting the nearby attractions and even took the ubber boat which was chill. overall, a decent stay!

breakfast was way too expensve at £21 per person, which is ridiculous. also, the bathroom sink was shallow and kinda annoying.

Great location but service could improve

Perfect spot near the Thames and just a quick walk to all the sights! Our room was cozy and had a coffee machine, which was awesome. The breakfast was decent enough, but it was a bummer that the gym was closed when we stayed. Just felt like we should’ve been told earlier about that.

The room was spacious and super comfy, with a nice queen bed and a sofa bed for extra space. We had a little fridge, which was handy. The cleanliness was on point, so I felt really at ease. Nice touch with USB ports for charging stuff too! Only downside was the shallow bathroom sink, which was a bit annoying. But overall, it was a solid stay!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. They even helped me find my forgotten earpods during my first stay. I can't wait to come back for a new year!

Just a top selection for a weekend escape in London and great for the money. The room offered a fabulous dual head shower, which was a nice relief after our long sightseeing days. Try to get up early for breakfast to beat the crowd.

Traffic noise from nearby streets bothered my stay!!! the gym's operating hours are too limited, making it impossible for evening workouts. The housekeeping should also prioritize better maintenance to avoid small but annoying details!!!
